Client story · Scale-up
Scaling up from Vancouver across Western Canada.
Founded in Vancouver in 2000, the network set out to scale up across Western Canada.

The challenge
TiE Vancouver has supported founders, students and women-led ventures in Vancouver since 2000. As a scale-up, it set out to expand its footprint and its impact across Western Canada.
Growing across the region called for one clear brand, a value proposition that holds beyond the city, new programs to reach new markets and more value for members.
The work
Everything here grows out of one complete strategy: a distinct brand voice and identity for the chapter, carried through its programs and channels.
A unified visual identity
One visual identity across the chapter's website, brochures, standees, event badges and social media.
A website we built and maintain
vancouver.tie.org, designed and built with the chapter’s visual identity, and maintained by our team.
A clear value proposition
What the chapter offers founders and members, stated so it holds across Western Canada.
A go-to-market strategy
The right product mix, with new programs geared to the Western Canada ecosystem to reach founders in markets beyond Vancouver.
Programs, redefined and led
We redefined the chapter's programs and led their execution, from concepts shaped by market needs across Western Canada to strategic partners and promotion on digital and social media.
Membership growth
A stronger membership offer, to attract new members and keep the ones it has.
More value for members
Local and global masterclasses, one-to-one mentoring and networking events.
Signature events
Event strategy and design for events such as Pitch Fest and Meet the Mentors.
