Let’s talk (opens in a new tab)

Branding & creative

A clearer identity. A stronger path to market.

Branding, as a focused project or part of your growth program. Build clearer positioning, a new visual identity or a practical toolkit without committing to a broader engagement.

Strategy into expression

Make the promise clear. Make the expression consistent.

You may need sharper positioning, a new identity, a refresh or simply better tools for the team.

We begin with the customer problem and the growth objective, not a predetermined design package. Work with BizCan® on a standalone branding project, or connect the work to Launch, Scale, Impact or another relevant pathway. Every project begins with a defined objective, an agreed brief and clear deliverables.

Three ways to begin

Your brand, from clear thinking to real expression.

Choose the project that fits the need. Each can stand alone or connect to a growth program.

Standalone project · Define

Give buyers a reason to choose you.

For a business with a strong offer but an unclear or inconsistent story.

A positioning and messaging foundation your team can use with confidence.

What we can build

  • Focused brand review
  • Positioning and value proposition
  • Core messages and audience priorities

One brand and one primary audience. Research depth and interviews are agreed in the brief.

Illustration of a positioning foundation: a card headed “Your brand story” reads “The promise. The proof. The reason to choose.” above the line “Clear audience. Relevant value. A message the team can use.” A label reads Positioning to Messaging.
Illustrative deliverable concepts, not a client portfolio.

Start at any point. These are project types, not mandatory sequential purchases.

Defined scope · Agreed milestones · Scope-led quotation

Build on the foundation

A focused project. Room for the right extras.

Additional needs are scoped deliberately, not bundled into an unlimited design promise.

Architecture and naming

Brand architecture, master-brand relationships, naming and descriptors can be a defined workstream or add-on. Trademark searches and legal clearance require qualified advice and are not included automatically.

Content, websites and video

Campaign content, priority digital destinations and video can extend a branding project. Websites are built with approved partners. Quantities, production costs and partner responsibilities are quoted separately; ongoing content is a separate engagement.

Events and experiences

Agreed event concepts, branded materials, promotion and follow-up can carry the identity into a specific audience experience. Event production is not automatically included in a toolkit project.

Localization and service consistency

BizCan Corridor connects branding to market-relevant messaging, with in-market partners. BizCan Brand Standard assesses how customer touchpoints deliver the promise; it is not identity creation or a rebrand.

Choose the right kind of brand work

Creation is not the same as consistency.

Branding & creative

Define or refine positioning and identity, then equip the organization with agreed assets and guidelines. Available as a standalone project, within a program or as an agreed add-on.

Brand Standard

Audit customer experiences against agreed standards, train the team to close the gaps and re-audit at day 90. It is not a certification or a rebrand.

Before we begin

Clear scope. No unnecessary commitment.

Can I buy branding without a growth program?

Yes. Brand clarity, identity creation or refresh, and a brand toolkit can each be a standalone project. You do not need to purchase Launch, Scale or Impact first.

Do I need all three project types?

No. We review what you already have and select the right starting point. An identity project needs an adequate strategy foundation, but it does not require a separate clarity project if that foundation already exists.

What does a branding project cost?

Fees are quoted after the brief is agreed. The quote defines the deliverables, research depth, revisions, final file formats, usage rights, responsibilities, timeline and exclusions.

An agreed brief before production

Confirm the audience, objective, decision owner, existing brand rights, deliverable list, revision rounds, asset formats, accessibility needs and rollout plan. Specialist web, video and regulated work have separate responsibilities.

No unlimited design requests or automatic production add-ons. Ongoing activation is optional and separately scoped.
